Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Yes but additional delivery fees may apply for some areas. Remember also that prices do not include 13% sales tax.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.We deliver to all of Essex County.
Q.When should I reserve my items?
A.As soon as you know what you would like then go ahead and order online or give us a call at 519-562-4031.
Q.When do you set up?
A.That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we deliver the Lawn inflatables before 10am and Inflatables before noon. The tents, tables and chairs are delivered between 9-4. Items are picked up the following day unless otherwise noted.
Q.Are your items cleaned between rentals?
A.All items are cleaned between rentals.
Q.Do we have to keep the Inflatables plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker.
Q.What about parks? Do you set up at parks?
A.We do set up a few of our items at parks. If you want to set up at a park, you need to contact us. We have insurance but we do not have a TSSA licence. Check our inflatables descriptions to see if they are able to be set up for a public event or backyard only.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Your deposit can be paid by Visa, Master Card, American Express or Visa Debit. The final balance will be paid the day before using your card on file. If you would like to pay the remaining balance with a different card or by cash or etransfer then you need to contact us 3 days in advance to notify us about the change. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q.What if we have issues after hours?
A.We have an after hours number on your contract for any issues between 4:30pm-8:30am during the week and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Q.Do you require a deposit? What if we need to cancel?
A.Yes all orders require a 25% non refundable deposit on a credit or debit card. Final payment is due on the day before delivery. Orders cancelled outside of the 24-hour period will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled within less than 24 hours of the delivery date require customers to pay the full amount with the exception of Inflatable Bounce Castles. If they are cancelled the day before delivery due to rain & wind, then we will keep the deposit on file for 1 year and it can be used towards another rental.
Q.How big are the Tents & Inflatables?
A.All of our items have sizes listed on our website as well as the amount of space needed per item. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. They need room to be staked and the Inflatables need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
Q.What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
A.Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), and concrete using tarps and sandbags. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the rentals if they gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
