Tables and Chairs
Tables and Chairs are delivered and placed in the general area that you are having your event. We do not set up tables and chairs for your event. At the conclusion of your event, please stack tables and chairs in the same manner so that we can pick them up. Additional charges may apply for setting up or tearing down tables and chairs. These guidelines ensure that we can keep our costs low and continue to offer the best value for our customers.
Payment Options:
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal. If you would like to use these options, call or e-mail us. We will send a custom invoice to your e-mail address which will contain instructions on completing your purchase. The Party Rental Company uses Paypal to process these transactions - the #1 Online Payment Gateway. You can be assured that your information is secure and protected by Paypal. Cash and cheque (with proper identification) are accepted at time of delivery.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies
All rentals require a non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% of the total amount to secure order. Your reservation is not guaranteed until we have a deposit on file. Note that we charge 2% per month on overdue accounts. Payment is due upon delivery. No exceptions
TENTS - Deposits for tents cancelled within 30 days before your event will be forfeited. Cancellations 31 days or more prior to your event can be applied for future bookings up to one year from the original event date. Please remember that once a tent is booked for you, it is not available for anyone else so if a cancellation occurs for any reason, the deposit is forfeited unless given notice prior to 30 days of your event.
All OTHER ITEMS - Deposits are non-refundable once booked. You have up until 6pm the night before your event to cancel your booking and only for weather related circumstances. In this case, your deposit will be held on file for a period of one year from the date of the original booking for use on another rental. Cancellations after this point or for reasons other than weather related issues, will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
FULL PAYMENT (Cash) - Due in full at time of Delivery.
FULL PAYMENT (Cheque) - Cheques for rental deposits will be credited to your account once received. Note that your rental will not be guaranteed until such time as we receive your cheque. Cheque’s received for rental deposits will not be accepted within two weeks of your event to allow for bank processing time. If you plan to use a cheque to pay your outstanding balance for your rental, we must receive it 2 weeks prior to your rental to allow for bank processing time unless we have a valid credit card on file.
FULL PAYMENT (Credit Card) - You can use your credit card over the phone or in person to pay for your deposit or full balance at any time.
Locates
**IMPORTANT** Please contact Ontario One Call to locate underground utilities prior to tent installation. This is a free service. Find them on the web at http://www.on1call.com/ or Phone 1-800-400-2255. Allow at least five working days notice. It is your responsibility to mark the location of any irrigation lines or septic fields on your property that we should be aware of before our set-up crew arrives. We are not responsible for any damages to irrigation lines or septic field. You are also required to obtain any permits that may be needed for your event. Please plan ahead and ask for advice if you are not sure.
Taxes
All prices are subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax.
